INTERIOR SPECIFICATIONS
Owner’s loss is your gain!!!! Pride of ownership is immediately realized once you step aboard this pristine yacht which is kept under cover in fresh water. Entering down three steps from the bridge you will be overwhelmed by the beautiful interior and professional decor. The entire boat has new Berber carpet, custom wood blinds with custom valances, and custom headliner with recessed halogen lighting. Each panel can be easily removed for access overhead if need be. On the port side is the galley with a new Norcold AC/DC over under refrigerator, a princess 3-burner electric stove with a built-in microwave below the range. Forward from the range is the stainless steel sink with a U-line 20 lb per day ice maker mounted just forward of the sink. The galley has ample upper and lower storage for the perfect getaway or for liveaboards. Just forward of the galley is the salon area with a custom L-Shaped sofa with beautiful textured leather. Directly across from the sofa is matching leather chair, on the starboard side there are 4 large storage compartments with sliding doors, one of them has a TV nicely concealed with a swinging bracket that swings out when in use. Moving aft traveling down two steps you enter the Master Stateroom, your first impression will make you feel as if you were in a luxurious hotel. The Master Stateroom has a full size queen bed that you can walk around completely. The stateroom has custom drapes, mirrors a 15” Plasma TV and plenty of drawer space to accommodate all of your belongings. In the master stateroom you will find your very own private head featuring a full size bathtub/shower. The second Guest stateroom located a few steps down just forward of the salon features a V berth with insert to join both berths and create a larger sleeping area. This stateroom has a 9” Plasma TV, and plenty of storage for that perfect get away. Just port of the guest stateroom is the second full head. Other entertainment equipment includes: a Jensen Marine CD Player with Sony Marine Speakers, 15” Toshiba T/V with built in DVD Player, and a Sea Watch TV antenna with remote control adjustment. |

Stepping aboard the swim platform you find a very large swim platform with a drop down three step ladder. Stepping a few steps up you will find yourself on the aft deck. The transom area has a nicely appointed custom rail with openings on port and starboard for dockside boarding. Moving forward from the transom you enter the aft deck, with two long seats, that have been recently upholstered, facing each other with the captain’s chair in between them. This makes for great entertaining of guests while underway, and the entire cockpit area is protected by an all new canvas and isinglass enclosure. Walking on either side of the cockpit port or starboard there is a large walkway leading to the bow area. The entire deck are has custom LED lights that light up at night for added safety and creates a romantic glow. The bow area has a large sun pad that has been recently upholstered and a nice sitting area that also has been recently upholstered; no other boat like it has these fantastic amenities. There is also a new electric anchor windlass w/ polished S.S. plow anchor! S.S. fender racks, as well as a Guest remote spotlight. |

Powered by very clean, economical and reliable Perkins 6 cylinder Model 240 275 HP engines with only 1,300 original hours, these high lifespan engines are barely broken in. The machinery room is extremely clean. The new Phasor 8KW with only 130 hours provides the 110V power when not connected via the dual 30 amp shorecords. Other items of mention include all new sea cocks installed in 2006, sea strainers, primary fuel filters and a 10ft dinghy with a 15HP Honda four stroke engine. |
