INTERIOR SPECIFICATIONS

The interior is entered via the companionway down 3 steps into a beautifully appointed carpeted cabin with a desirable layout and comfortable accommodations. Maple wood trim and warm tones adorn the settee and berths. Forward is the master berth that sleeps two adults comfortably. Aft there is a huge berth for another 2 guests and if there is another guest, the dinette settee can be converted to sleep another for a total of 5 to sleep.
The galley is compact but not cluttered, sporting a stainless steel under-counter fridge with freezer, dual burner stove, microwave and sink. Corian counter tops provide durability and modern décor. The head is just aft of the galley and has a 'wet-head' shower with a fold down seat over the toilet and Vacu-flush system; hot showers are available with the Seaward Hot Water heater onboard. There is a pressurized water system fed by the 29 gallon water tank. Porthole curtains provide privacy, while the overhead hatches have shades and mesh screens to let in sunshine or fresh air. Control panel is just above the sink and all switches are marked and easily identifiable.

EXTERIOR SPECIFICATIONS

Boarding her via the swim platform there is a hide-away stainless steel swim ladder, a transom door gives entry into the well designed cockpit layout with removable snap-on carpeting. The aft bench seat flips inside the transom for added space and for access to the motorized engine hatch. With the aft bench down a U-shaped seating arrangement is to starboard and can sit up to 5 adults comfortably. Nifty features such as a under seat cooler and recessed cup-holders add convenience and easy access to refreshments. To port you will find a cockpit bar with sink and more cooler space inside the stainless steel refrigerator. Just forward is a step up to the portside lounge and to starboard the helm featuring captain's bench with flip up bolsters in case you want to drive her standing up. The helm is uncluttered with cup holders, wooden steering wheel, wooden accents and easy-to-read gauges. A Garmin GPS Map 172C is flush-mounted in the middle of the dash and the Raymarine Ray215 VHF Radio is under dash mounted, also centrally positioned.  Switches for lights, engine hatch motor, anchor windlass and spotlight control as well as trim tab indicator lights are accessible and quick to find. Covering the cockpit area is a Bimini top to provide welcome shade or for those who prefer to tan, stepping forward via the walk-thru windshield is a large sun pad surrounded by safety rails. The bow area leads to access to the anchor windlass with foot switches (as well as remote control at helm) which is protected from the elements inside a hatch with 200 feet of rope and 30 feet of chain. The spotlight sits atop the grab rail just forward of the anchor chute. This Signature 310 is fully loaded with options and features to provide enjoyable boating and comfort in style.
